Your responsibilities will include scheduling and assigning employees; recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; promoting optimum staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; formulating pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; coordinating weekly product orders with retail locations and overseeing the fulfillment of orders from the online retail store.

Retail Sales Manager Responsibilities
